Renovation

The design and construction of a modern clinical space within an existing building shell required meticulous planning to address the functional and aesthetic needs of both healthcare practitioners and patients. Spanning approximately 4,915 square feet, the renovation was strategically designed to support a variety of medical procedures and patient care activities. Central to the design is a focus on patient comfort, efficient workflows, and state-of-the-art medical facilities. Key features include two well-equipped procedure rooms, three pre-procedure rooms, and three post-procedure rooms, all thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and comfort.

In addition to these core areas, the clinical space incorporates eight exam rooms, each optimized to enhance patient flow and comfort. A centrally located nurse station facilitates seamless communication among medical staff, while a dedicated radiology room outfitted with advanced equipment enables on-site imaging. The design also includes storage rooms for medical supplies, administrative offices, and a staff lounge, addressing logistical and operational needs. Together, these features create a modern, functional, and welcoming environment that prioritizes both patient care and staff efficiency.
