The new medical office building was a pivotal element of a large-scale greenfield project involving the development of a 40-acre behavioral healthcare campus. This expansive initiative aimed to establish a comprehensive facility dedicated to behavioral health services. The office building was specifically designed to house a variety of outpatient behavioral health programs, addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs. These included the Child Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), both of which provide critical support for younger patients. Additionally, the facility accommodated Adult PHP/IOP, an Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Program, and a Clozaril Clinic, all vital for managing diverse mental health conditions.

More than just a functional space, the office building served as a holistic solution. It featured an Addiction Medicine Program, an Assertive Community Treatment Program, and a Senior Assessment Program, ensuring comprehensive care for patients across all age groups and needs. Shared conference rooms and essential support spaces were integrated into the design to promote collaboration and operational efficiency within the facility. This thoughtful and inclusive approach prioritized quality of care, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare providers. The project ultimately elevated the overall standard of care available at the behavioral healthcare campus.
