This development features twenty distinct residential units, each encompassing 1,180 square feet. As a cornerstone of the revitalization initiative in Louisville’s West End, the two-story housing structures are inspired by the historic Brownstone Townhouse architecture. Elements such as raised stoops, bay windows, and prominent lintel designs evoke the timeless charm of the past while integrating modern functionality.

Spread across four separate properties, the design team worked closely with the development group to achieve a harmonious balance between uniformity and individuality. The resulting design is both easily replicable across various locations and flexible enough to showcase unique expressions of character and identity at each site.
