This project introduces an innovative prototype for the Malone’s & Harry’s restaurant concept, featuring a 12,000-square-foot, free-standing, single-story building. The design offers a variety of interior dining experiences, all conveniently situated on one level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. From intimate dining areas to open social spaces, the layout is meticulously planned to maximize space and enhance the dining atmosphere, catering to diverse customer preferences within a unified space.

In the restaurant industry, operational downtime directly impacts the ability to serve guests and generate revenue. Recognizing this, the project adhered to an expedited schedule, completing the transition from initial design on trace paper to permit application submission in three months. This swift turnaround was crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring the restaurant could open its doors to guests as quickly as possible, demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and customer service.
