The project involves developing a new test kitchen addition and renovating the existing office space. This renovation will include a cafeteria, a state-of-the-art test kitchen, over 150 offices, and flexible “fun” spaces to enhance employee engagement and creativity. Additionally, the office will feature multiple break rooms, more than 60 flexible workrooms, and nine IT labs to support various technological needs. The design also considers ten years of projected growth, ensuring that the space remains functional and relevant for the foreseeable future.
The design team required heavy coordination to achieve this ambitious project. This included extensive collaboration with Halton Kitchen Hood and Scrubbing Systems to ensure the kitchen facilities met all necessary standards and requirements.
