The new 150-bed, four-story replacement hospital for Union Health is designed to enhance patient care with modern facilities. It includes a new emergency services department, advanced imaging and surgery departments, and an intensive care unit. The hospital also features new medical/surgical patient rooms, a neurology/neurosurgery unit, and an oncology unit, all aimed at providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

The facility includes all necessary support spaces for smooth operations, in addition to primary medical services. Tunnels and pedways connect the hospital to adjacent buildings on campus, facilitating easy movement for patients, staff, and visitors.
